How to Create an “Office Closed for Holiday” Message Template

The first thing you need to do is to install and activate WPForms on your site. For more details, read how to install a plugin in WordPress. Then, create your first contact form.
Next, to set an autoreply for your form, go to Settings » Notifications and click Add New Notification.
Give a proper name for the notification in the modal popup that appears.
Next, you need to provide the email address of the user who submits the form in the Send to Email Address field. To do that, select Show Smart Tags next to the Send to Email Address field. Then, click email from the Available Fields option.
You’ll notice a short bit of code appear in the Send to Email Address options, such as {field_id=”#”}, where # is replaced with the specific field number on your form.
After this, you can craft the message that users will receive. WPForms allows you to create a personalized message you send to your users using smart tags. Read this guide to get a complete list of smart tags that you can use with WPForms.
For instance, you can specify the name of the user who submits the form in your email by providing the right field id. To find the field id, go to the page where you’ve published the form, right-click the Name field and click Inspect.
Next, you need to find the field id.
After finding the field id, insert it in your message just like the screenshot shown below.
Once done, make sure to save the form.

How to circulate a mail to all employees Saturday is working day

WPForms does not have an inbuilt feature to send circulars via notification. I have added your vote to consider this as a feature request for future enhancements.
As a workaround, please refer to this article from WPBeginner to send an email to all registered users of the site.
