We just released WPForms 1.2.5 that came with several new features and enhancements. Here’s what you need to know about WPForms 1.2.5.
Custom CAPTCHA
Want to add random Math questions captcha in WordPress or define your custom questions as CAPTCHA?
That’s exactly what the new custom captcha addon lets you do.
It’s available for all plans.
Simply activate the addon and then go to the form builder. You’ll see a new Captcha field under Fancy field.
Geolocation
Several of you asked if we can offer the ability to collect and store geolocation data with each form entry.
Now you can with the new Geolocation addon.
Simply activate the addon, and it works out of the box.
Submit a new entry and check out the entry details in the admin.
Misc Updates
We also added several enhancements in this version. Some noteworthy ones are:
- Ability to specify background color for email notifications templates.
- Multi-lingual support for reCAPTCHA
- PHP 7 compatibility
- Improved IP Detection
- Added form class for better customization.
That’s all for this week. We’re very close to finishing up our Zapier integration that a lot of you are asking for, so you can expect it in the next release.
Thanks once again for all your support and feedback in making WPForms the best WordPress form builder.
Syed and the WPForms Team
Always great to see active development!
Will you please consider adding support for PayPal Subscriptions Buttons to WPForms for us owners of at least the higher-tier licenses?
Thanks very much for your work on this great plugin!
