Introducing WPForms 1.8.5 – NEW Email Templates

To build a memorable brand, your communications with your users and customers must be more than just words on a screen.

The emails you send out are an opportunity to strengthen your brand identity and reflect the unique personality and style of your organization.

But styling options for form notification emails sent from your website are often limited.

That’s why we’re thrilled today to announce the latest WPForms update, which includes professionally designed email templates and customization options!

With this update, we’re excited to offer you more flexibility and the freedom to be creative with the email notifications sent from your forms.

Your brand is unique, and it’s time your emails reflected that.

Customizable Email Notification Templates

With the latest WPForms update, we’re giving you the choice of six pre-built email template styles.

Choose from Plain Text, Classic, Compact, Modern, Elegant, or Tech to showcase your brand’s distinct identity.

To personalize your email notifications and make them stand out in the inbox, you can also add a logo or header image of your choice, adjust its size, change the typography style, and choose a unique color scheme.

Email Styling Options

All our email templates have been carefully crafted and tested to ensure they look great at any screen size and in any email client, so you’ll always present a professional image.

And that’s not all!

We’ve also improved our support for dark mode to ensure users enjoy a seamless reading experience tailored to their individual preferences.

We can’t wait for you to try out the new templates and experiment with the styling options. Do you gravitate towards a modern aesthetic or prefer a classic style? The choice is yours!

Easily Add Code Snippets to Your Forms

We love the innovative spirit of the WPForms community!

Every day we hear about a new use case for WPForms or a unique way of creating a form that we haven’t come across before.

By adding custom code snippets to WPForms, you can expand on what’s possible with the core plugin and addons. You’re limited only by your imagination when it comes to what you can build!

But we have to be honest – integrating custom code snippets wasn’t as simple as we would have liked it to be.

Now all that has changed! We’re delighted to let you know that we’ve built WPCode integration right into the WPForms plugin.

When you have both WPForms and WPCode installed on your site, you’ll be able to access a library of pre-made WPForms code snippets, all ready to use at the click of a button!

Code Snippets in WPForms

From changing the submit button color to setting a default date for the date picker, we’ve preloaded WPCode with over 30 of our most requested code snippets for customizing form appearance and functionality.

You can search, install, and edit code snippets quickly and easily. And if you want to use a code snippet you wrote yourself or found online, you can easily add this to WPCode for effortless implementation too.

Enhanced Form Data Exports

We’ve also made some improvements to the way form entries are exported to CSV and XLS files.

We’ve heard your feedback on the functionality of this feature, and we wanted to make sure your form data exports are formatted in the most usable and efficient way possible.

Multi-input fields for names and addresses are now exported as separate columns, and multiple-choice fields such as checkboxes will be exported to separate cells.

The Export Entries page has been adjusted to make it easier for you to export only the data you need, and we’ve added a new section for payment fields.
