How the Order Form Works

Product Selection:

- Name: Captures first and last name for order processing and shipping labels.
- Email: Creates your communication line for order confirmations and shipping notifications.
- Phone Number: Provides a contact method if delivery issues arise.

Payment Options Available
Customers can pay using PayPal, credit or debit cards entered directly into the form, or Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo depending on what’s available in their region. The full order amount processes in a single transaction.

Making This Form Match Your Products
- Product images and pricing: Replace the placeholder box images with actual product photos. Update the pricing shown in each product display to match your real prices.
- Number of items: The template shows three product slots. If you only sell two products, delete the third section. If you need more, duplicate a product section and adjust the field names accordingly.
- Product variants: The template includes “Product Color” dropdowns. Change these to whatever variants you offer. Maybe “Size”, “Flavor”, “Material”, or “Edition”.
- Quantity limits: If certain products have maximum order quantities, add descriptions or set field validation to prevent over-ordering limited items.
