Clear Signature

Use our model release form template to have a signed contract between the model and photographer. Even if the model is unpaid and there are no plans to license the images, it’s still good to have a signed release form in case a future opportunity arises.

Why Do I Need a Model Release Form?

Typically used in corporate and fashion photography, a model release form is essential to release the photographer of any legal liability. In other words, without the model agreeing and signing to the terms of your release form, you could be in a lot of legal trouble if the photo is used.

What Can I Do With the Photos?

In some countries, you cannot use, sell, or promote photos of an individual without a model release form due to privacy laws. After the model signed to agree to the terms in the release form, this frees up the photographer to use the photos promotionally or sell them commercially.
