Renting out a studio, venue, or property for a shoot or event?

This template gets each renter’s details, their signature on your terms, and their deposit in one form.

Why Should I Use a Location Agreement Form Template?

When someone books your space by text or email, the details end up scattered: arrival times, headcount, who’s bringing a van, whether they have insurance. A location agreement puts all of it on one record, signed before anyone arrives.

It works as a venue rental agreement, a studio rental agreement, a photo shoot location rental, or a short-term property use agreement for events and pop-ups. It’s ready to use as is, and you can rename anything in the builder.

The form opens with your location and rental terms in an editable text block. Fill in your address, rates, deposit, parking and access notes, house rules, security, insurance requirements, and cancellation policy once, and every renter sees the same terms.

Next, renters give their name, email, phone number, and company or organization, so you know who’s responsible for the booking.

In the booking details, they set their arrival and departure dates and times, pick the type of use (a photo shoot, a video or content shoot, an event, or a workshop or pop-up), and use a slider to say how many people will be on site.

They also describe what they plan to do, list any equipment or vehicles, and can upload an insurance certificate or permit.

Finally, renters tick a box to agree to your terms, sign, add the date, and pay the booking deposit by card through Stripe.

You’ll get an email with each booking, and the renter gets a copy. Add the PDF addon if you want a signed PDF on file. Rental rules differ from place to place, so have your terms reviewed for your area before you use them.
