What Goes Onto a Cake Order Form Template?
On our Cake Order Form Template, customers first enter the details of the order. These fields include:
- Customer Name
- Phone
- Order Date
- Order Type – Pickup or Delivery
- Date of Pickup (field appears if user selects Pickup for Order Type)
- Delivery Address (field appears if user selects Delivery for Order Type)
Next, the form user selects their cake and all the trimmings, starting with Cake Size. Customers can choose from the following size and price options:
