Using the Bakers Order Form Template
This order form is a marvel in the use of conditional logic. Your online customers will only see the fields that are specific to their selections, keeping this form clean and streamlined while in use.
First, your form user enters the customer name for their order. They are also required to provide an email address, phone number, and date of the order.
Then, when selecting their order type, conditional logic is applied. If your customer selects “Pickup” for the type, then a new field will appear where they must enter the date of their pickup. But if your customer selects “Delivery” for their order type, a field appears for them to provide the delivery address.
Next, your customer selects their baked food items from a menu or selection of goods that you’ve customized on this template. We’ve included a few bakery items to get you started.
Once again, conditional logic allows for a specific and accurate order that is easy for your customer to place. When the user selects an item, a field then appears for them to select the quantity for that item. This quantity field pops up for each item on the order form, with the configured total displayed at the bottom.
Lastly, your customer gets to the most important part of the order form: the payment. On the Bakers Order Form Template, you’re already set with a PayPal payment option for your customer to use. Or, they can enter their credit card information in this payment field.
