What Is a Purchase Request Form?

By default, the purchase order request will generate an email notification that’s sent to the site owner. You can change this so that the email is sent to your accounts team if you’d prefer that. And because WPForms Pro stores entries in WordPress, you could choose to disable the emails and simply deal with the requests right in your WordPress dashboard.
