Do I Need a Photo Release Form?

This form is used by a photographer to get consent from a 3rd party to use the photos for personal or commercial use. To get this consent means you cover yourself from any future legal troubles and is highly recommended.

If you upgrade to WPForms Pro, you can also include the signature field to make the form more official.
