The Lease Agreement Form Template is for property managers, letting agents, and owners who lease whole units on a fixed term. You fill in this unit’s dates, rent, and deposit, then send the lease to the lessee to review, sign, and pay what’s due at signing.

How Does the Lease Agreement Form Template Work?

This template needs WPForms Pro with the Signatures and Save and Resume addons.

In Part 1, the lessor enters their details, the property, the lease start and end dates, the monthly rent, and the security deposit. Your standard lease terms sit in a block you fill in once, with placeholders for the due date, late fee, utilities, repairs, pets, early termination, and governing law.

The lessor then clicks Save and Resume and sends the link to the lessee. The lessee checks the details, adds their own in Part 2, signs, and pays the first month’s rent and deposit by card through Stripe. It works for a 6-month or 12-month residential lease, an apartment lease, or any fixed-term tenancy agreement. If you rent month to month, use the Rental Agreement Form instead.
