Elements of the Password Protected Contact Form Template
- Password Screen: Form Locker asks for your password, with a short message you write, before the form appears.
- Client Details: Name, email, company or client name, and an optional project or account reference.
- Message: Their question or request, with an optional upload for documents or screenshots.
