What Is a Multi Page Form?
A multi page form lets you split your form over several pages. Your visitors can use the buttons to navigate from one screen to the next.
Using a multi step layout can be helpful if you have a longer form. You can customize this form and add additional fields on any page, or remove pages that you don’t need.
We also added a MailerLite optin to this form so that your visitors can choose to join your email marketing list. Be sure to add conditional logic to this checkbox in the MailerLite settings on the form so that users are only added if they check the box.
