Most messages an online store gets are about a product or an order. Without the order number, you have to write back and ask for it before you can help. This Drip Signup Contact Form Template asks for it up front, and it lets shoppers join your store emails while they’re at it.
The form collects a name, email, an optional order number, and the message. An unticked checkbox at the end offers your new product and offer emails, and says people can unsubscribe at any time.
How the Drip Signup Contact Form Template Works
When a shopper ticks the box, the WPForms Drip addon creates or updates them in your Drip account. You can mark them as a prospect, add a tag such as website-contact, and save their order number to a Drip custom field, so it shows on their Drip profile when you look them up. Tags can trigger a Drip workflow, or you can add a second connection that subscribes them straight to an email campaign. Conditional logic on each connection means only shoppers who tick the box are added.
Use it as an ecommerce contact form, a customer service form for your shop, or a Drip opt-in on your contact page. It works for stores on WooCommerce, Shopify, or any platform that connects to Drip.
You’ll get an email for every message, set up so you can reply straight to the shopper, and they’ll get a copy of what they sent. Double opt-in, if you want it, is switched on for each campaign in Drip.
The Drip addon comes with WPForms Plus and higher.
